QuentoAI's calls, programs and services are delivered online. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

• Calls: when you book, you get a confirmation email straight away with the date, time and video call link. The call happens online at the time you chose.
• Programs and services: delivered online (video calls, shared documents and online tools) from the start date shown on your page, invoice or written agreement.
• Receipts and invoices are sent to the email you paid with.
